Microsoft 365 Migration & Deployment

Pre-migration file inventory using TreeSize-style reporting, exception identification and remediation, hash-based data integrity verification, and post-migration reconciliation. NTFS-to-SharePoint permissions translation is documented file-by-file. Every byte is accounted for in a reconciliation report you can hand to auditors.
Automation & Scripting
PowerShell-driven deployment pipelines that turn manual IT projects into auditable, repeatable processes. Configurations are stored as code; deployments are versioned and logged. The automation layer is built on the PnP PowerShell module and the Microsoft Graph API, with JSON and CSV files as the deployment inputs — so business logic stays human-readable and a re-run produces the same result every time.
Server Decommission & Infrastructure Sunset
Structured decommission of legacy on-premise infrastructure: parallel-run validation against the new cloud environment, network device reconfiguration, VPN and remote-access transition, secure data destruction, and cloud-native replacement.
